Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Arjun Bhagat was the President and Chief Executive Officer of R.M. Software India (Pvt.) Ltd (RMSI). Arjun was responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of RMSI, and was personally responsible for building strategic customer relationships and opening offices in the U.K., Belgium, Japan, Canada and Australia. As the CFO of Risk Management Inc., a venture funded (Bain Capital and Sutter Hill) company, he led the spin-off of RMSI, a software and BPO company focused on the GIS space. Starting with 5 employees, he grew the company to a 800 person operation with an additional network capacity of 500 seats. In 1999, he negotiated the sale of the company to DMGI, the technology investment arm of the Daily Mail Group out of the U.K. Arjun currently sits on the board of PipeIn, Inc. and on the advisory board of Yodlee, Inc.  Mr. Bhagat received his MBA from UCLA in 1988, specializing in Finance and Marketing, and was a Riordian scholar, prior to that he earned a Bachelor’s in Engineering (B Tech) from IIT Delhi, India in 1982.

President and Chief Operating Officer
Madhu Vijayan is the founder of CalibratedLOGISTICS. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of Oxelis Inc., an eCRM company for which he holds a U.S. patent on the technology. Oxelis was backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Frank Biondi’s Waterview Advisors. Mr. Vijayan worked with Arjun in helping establish one of the earliest BPO’s in the IT arena in India with RMSI. He is also a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of PatentMetrix Inc., a BPO in the intellectual property space. Mr. Vijayan also founded the Pentad Group, a business development consultancy that created practical market strategies for new technology enterprises. As CEO of Pentad, he focused on enabling US corporations such as Universal Studios, Sony, Landmark, CMC Industries, and Silicon Valley Technology, to leverage the Indian human capital advantage in the Indian marketplace. Mr. Vijayan also serves on the board of Maplewood Capital Partners, a private equity investment group. 

Chief Financial Officer
Mark Broido was part of the founding group and acting CFO at Listen.com, a venture-funded (Altos Ventures, August Capital, Austin Ventures, Attractor Partners, Barksdale Group, Hambrecht &Quist Ventures, Trancosmos, Madonna, and all 5 major music labels) start-up which raised over $100M in 4 rounds of financing, prior to its sale Real Networks in 2003.  Listen.com developed and private-labeled its online music subscription service, Rhapsody, the current leading competitor to Apple's iTunes.  At Listen.com, Mark managed the company’s internal growth from 6 to 160 staff, and managed the finance, legal, and HR/administrative functions.  Mark was part of the pre-funding team at Risk Management Solutions, Inc., at Stanford University School of Engineering spin-out, eventually financed by Sutter Hill, Bain Capital, and Morgan Stanley, helping grow the firm from a group of 10 to 500 over 8 years.  At RMS he secured development financing and led product development for what became the company's flagship risk analysis model, and later was the top salesperson prior to directing RMS' marketing activity.   Prior to RMS, Mark was a strategy consultant at Monitor Company, a Harvard Business School spin-out directed by Prof. Michael Porter.  At Monitor, Mark worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies in the telecommunications, R&D, and manufacturing industries.  He earned A.M. and A.B. degrees (with Distinction) from Stanford University.
